Rosehip Mead trecipes?

Has anyone got a recipe for rosehip mead? I have a bag of rosehips and a spare FV so I'd like to have a bash at some mead.

I actually found a recipe in my 'Making Wild Wines and Meads' book so I'll post it here for you tonight. I hope its nice!

Now I just need to find some cheap honey!
