1 medium carrot,
8 chestnut mushrooms,
1 small potato finely cubed,
2 cloves garlic,
2 bay leaves,
salt &pepper
lemon thyme,
paprika
1 pint of HOMEBREW - hoppy pale with lots of chinook and amarillo

oven at mark 5 for an hour, now chicken out and back in on its own to brown the skin off......mmmmmm

granules and a bit of corn flour to thicken the sauce up........ lovely
