Roger Protz lists Roast Malt Extract as a small ingredient in Black Sheep Special Bitter. I was wondering if this is available anywhere a quick google didn't turn anything up?
Cheers, I came across this, not sure if that is what he means but as the recipe calls for just 0.005% of it, it could be rather wasteful?Maybe he means what is called (extra)dark extract that has a portion of roasted malt in the formulation.
