Just had a cousin up from Shrewsbury that tried my beer....
I gave him a beer and the top was starting to disappear so he got a Rizla cig paper and wrapped it around a 5p like a toffee wrapper and dropped it into the pint and it helped release the co2 and created a cracking top on the beer...

Has anyone else heard of this?? :hmm:

Used to revive pints years ago by jiggling the silver paper from inside a *** packet in the beer. Haven't a clue how it worked, but work it did! :thumb:

did he drink the rizzla and 5p at the end?
Nar..LoL

Believe me, it worked... ;)
I think it works in the same way that some lager glasses have the brand logo printed in the bottom of the glass that releases the bubbles out of suspension. :thumb:

It just provides nucleation sites for the CO2 bubbles to form on to come out of suspension . . . Personally I prefer my Pocket beer engine ;)

Carefull not to swallow that 5p little pud, thats a lot of money in Yorkshire. ;)

1st time in my life I've ever been called rich, and unless those 6 numbers come good on a saturday night the only time. ;)
