Firstly let me apologise for the lack of pictures, camera batteries are flat :(
The beer was supplied in a 500ml bottle with a plain but informative label.
The bottle opened with a good hiss and delivered a very hoppy aroma straight from the bottle :)
The beer poured with a good head and is very clear, almost polished with a brassy/light amber colour, the head soon dissipated leaving a fine lace that lasted for the life of the beer.
The carbonation level is good, if maybe a little high for the style, it accentuates the hop flavour as the beer effervesces on the tongue :D
The aroma was a pleasant one of new mown grass and pine resin.
The taste is surprisingly mild initially for a beer of 66IBU but after swallowing there is a massive resinous hop attack which lasts in the mouth for up to 2 minutes, it is though not a rough bitterness like that experienced in say a Brewdog Punk IPA but is a very pleasant bitterness such as that experienced in a good marmalade.
The sweetness is just sufficient to take the edge off of the hop bitterness.
Overall a very pleasant beer with the emphasis definitely on the hops :thumb:
I enjoyed this beer, well done rtb

:thumb: Cheers T_S - great to get some feedback thanks for that - top of my list is to get some decent labels put together (rather then a sticky label  )

:drink:
