just pulled 1lb of rhubarb up from the garden :) how much do you need to make a gallon :whistle:
 
At the top of your screen, under the forum banner, on the right hand side you should see the words FAQ, Search, Members and User Control Panel.

If you click on the one that says “Search”, type Rhubarb into the little box and ask it to display results as topics, then you can read any which might seem relevant.

Thanks guys I obviously have not got enough yet :sick: :sick: :sick: so I will freeze my pound and wait for more to grow, is it necessary to blanch first???
(did a search on blanch could not find anything)

No, and don't use 'fast freeze' like you'd do with veg., as you want to deliberately burst the cell structure.
