i had plans to turn xbox into a media pc but havnt got around to it yet.

Only 10 years behind
The XBMC4Xbox as it is now called is still maintained but not anywhere like it used to be.
I still use mine but not as much and only for non-HD material as it doesn't handle 720p + video.
The xbox is also great for Mame and other older emulators once modded :geek:

have been slightly distracted with other things for thoes 10 years :drunk: :whistle:

it would probably be better suited as u say for a mame / emulator machine, and possible music box..

i've a half(probably quarter) finished project of adapting the xbox control pad so that i can use it to connect other systems control pads, i'll probably just have a saturn one if i even get round to completling it.

as for wife(no) or girlfriend, right now im free as in freedom and happy.
