request: fruit beers

hi all,
i would like to brew a beer like frulli or bacchus using raspberries/ blackberries from my garden, any ideas?

From experience you might want a lot of fruit, I think the Bacchus use 15% fruit to get that strong flavour, so that's 3.45kg in a 23L brew length!
