You know that brewersfriend goes to a US based web store for buying ingredients?

Brewstore is just down the road from me in sunny Edinburgh.

Yeah, I know about brewersfriend. Does it make a difference? Brewstore is great, I normally use them for recipes but have looked on brewersfriend after advice from a mate for a change and Brewstore doesn't have all of the ingredients

I've never seen the Finnish malts for sale here, I'm guessing they are viking malt which doesn't list a uk distributor.
I'd just sub them for pale malt and wheat malt although you implied your supplier has just run out of Finnish wheat so they have the Finnish pale?

Yeah, I think it is a viking malt. Yeah, they had the Finnish pale just not the wheat.

FYI the supplier where I was going to get this recipe from is brewersfriend themselves
