I‘ve only done a few all grain (BIAB) after years of messing with kits, but thought I’d share my setup and fast 3 hour brew day as it’s my 2nd batch of a fab cascade pale ale.....my wife and neighbours forced me to do another batch!

10l batch
2kg Maris otter pale
200g Crystal 70
20g Cascade at 30
10g cascade at 15
15g cascade at 0
half pack of US-05 yeast at 19c

I’m really happy with my setup so wanted to share as it may help or inspire others.

my Kit is:
cygnet 30l urn wrapped in foam repurposed from a delivery.
bag from BrewinaBag
ebay hop filter
brewferm chill in 20 chiller
inkbird thermometer
ikea steamer for base of kettle in case I need to heat with bag in.
ikea sieve for draining
eBay silicon oven gloves for squeezing bag!
bargain £1 plastic tub from B&q to make a steam extractor with a cheep chain and a manrose inline shower steam extractor. This works so much better than expected.
I also setup a simple pulley for the grain bag.
60cm steel ruler to measure wort (a did a test run to determine scale)
I put a 30cm thermowell in the top of the FV to put my inkbird sensor in and it works great
I have an iSpindel to track fermentation.....just for fun TBH!
The top fridge is for kegs!

It looks like you've thought about your process and dialed it in from your experience. Nice to see.

Nice set up. I might pinch your extraction setup as I’m currently an outdoor brewer because of all the steam produced during the boil. I was looking for ways of making an extraction hood. Good idea athumb..
