RedStone brewery progress

Hello all, I have not been on the forum much in the last 6 months as a few of you know i have been working on seting up a comercial brewery.
we are open for business now in our almost finished building but still on a 1bbl pilot. We have a 4bbl brewery sat next door and fermenting vessels will be with us soon.

thanks guys,
i know everyone says it but i hate hearing my voice played back to me, just realised. allways thought i sounded more welsh lol

im very pleased with the recent push to finish the brewery its been the most difficult project i have ever attempted. i have been blessed with some good deals, goin into buisness with my 2 friends Cliff and Deri was the key as Deri owns a farm so rent is dirt cheap. Both have also been able to invest 3k each making it all possible.
we got the HLT, Copper, TUN from tudor brewery for Â£1200

we have 2 fv that are being jacketed and clad for the total sum of Â£700 each

heat exchanger was Â£250 new

pilot brewery was Â£500 wich was an ok deal but dont think i would get all the money back on it if i was to sell it, have decided to run it along side the 4bbl for the slightly more adventurous brews.

really want to get some barrels in next, i have 2000 bottles of beer to sell over some markets coming up, it would be nice to buy the first lot of casks from the money returned from the sales, fingers crossed they sell. sold 100 bottles today so thats a start theres 2 casks maybe :)
