Her in doors is really getting into Kenridge Classic wine kits, she turns her nose up when offered a Virgin Wine £10 plus bottle.

I am running AG brewing and dispensing with Cornys, are there any out there using Cornys for still wine serving?

Pros, cons, things to be wary of? Any help, suggestions, things to avoid.

All feedback greatly appreciated..

Cheers

they need some pressure to seal and dispense which will lead to some carbonation unless you use an inert gas instead of CO2.

I read on winemakermag.com that co2 can be used.

Set the pressure just enough to pour then turn off the gas and vent the keg.

A small amount of co2 could dissolve but its negligible. This would need to be done each time you need wine.

Cheers
