Want to make one of my lads some cider

sadly he has no taste for ale so cider it is

I’ve tried making cider before using juice but always came out like a sparkling wine and strong so wanna use a kit

a flavoured one with raspberry or strawberry is preferred

cheers , oh and what’s fermentation time with the kits ?
Cheers

Bit late to the party but if you have not got any replies I was really surprised at how good Wobblygob Mixed Berries turned out

Made for Mrs Wherry and followed a similar Wilko Mixed fruit or similar name. That was watery for her she said and came from just one can and to that you added a small colouring sachet water and yeast

Wobblygob however has a 3 litre ish bag stuffed with real pressed apple and then you add a big bag of crushed fruit pieces. Totally much better. We decided to tey Wobblygob Orange and Chilli which I put in Barrel today and it is tasting very "strong" but not too much of Cider or Orange more Ginger Beer so I hope it matures
