Hi folks,
I'm going to try to do a nice cherry wheat beer this weekend as the missus likes those kind of drinks. Which particular fruit syrups would you recommend for addition to the boil?

Lowiz cherry syrup, should find it in the international food sections at asda, tescos.

My wife just used jarred cherries to make us a nice cherry pie, and there was plenty of strong cherry juice left over in those jars. I've been mixing it 1:7 with water and it makes a nice drink. Maybe that would be good in beer? At least you would know it's natural.

I'll give that a try then - thanks guys!
Any idea on how much to add without making it too sweet?
