Recomend a malt book?

Hello everyone

I'v been toying with home malting lately and have been going by diffent internet sorces, some conflicting.

Can any one recomend any reading material for making malts at home. A book that sugests drying/roasting times and tempertures.

Don't know of a book, but there have been threads on here, do a search. :thumb:
I researched it and thought I had found all the info needed here and on google. :D

There is lots of information all over. But lots of conflicting too. I'm hoping to find an endorsed book maybe even by a known maltster ot malt house.

Greg Noonan's New Brewing Lager Beer has one of the most detailed sections on malting that I've seen.

I believe this book would certainly be a good starting point.
