Welcome to the Forum Mugsey.
Don't know as I care for chocolate in beer, but each to his own!
I hope your shipping costs from the UK are not prohibitive, hope you achieve your aims.

G'day Mugsy, have a search on www.aussiehomebrewer.com lots of Aussie brewers have used chocolate in beers........ stouts and porters mainly. Imagine Carob would be similar. One great beer that I have samples was a bitter Belgian chocolate and sour orange........ fantastic!

Cheers,

Screwy
