Hi plan to use up some malt odds and ends any thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
So initially thought of something along the lines of the following grain bill

3.3 kg Vienna
900g Golden Promise
100g Caramunich
Wheat?

have other grains also.

For hops I have 40g challenger, 55g Mittelfruh, 25g Perle, 20g Citra plus larger quantities of Columbus,Nelson, Jarrylo,Tettnang,hersbrucker, cascade,Target,fuggles,magnum and Northern Brewer

have Windsor, Munich,kveik voss, us05, French saison, Be134, bav wheat,empire, Belgian abbaye, kolsch, liberty bell yeasts.

Was thinking of using up perle, mittelfuh, challenger?
 
So...Used the above plus 900g wheat
added 20g challenger at 60min
15g Mittelfruh at 10min
17g Mittelfruh at 0 and left to stand for 15 mins

Pitched US05 at 22 degrees

bubbling away nicely....will see how it goes...
