Hi everyone, done a few kits now and would like to give some dried fruit recipes a go. So does anyone know an idiot proof rasin wine recipe and a prune wine recipe. I have a couple of very old wine making books but they use old fashioned methods and toast for fermentation so would prefer something more simple to start with. Any ideas please.

do you have anything by c.j.j. berry? first steps in winemaking etc? old fashioned is the wrong word. decades on it's still bang on!

yup would defo berry it, has a website too, some recipes can use too much sugar though, worth a double check-also i think he assumes use of a fermenting bucket then a DJ- so has suitabley more water at start( so if using dj from go will again need to do math)
