I made a 'Best Bitter' and pitched a 'Nut Brown Ale' onto the yeast cake. At the same time made an 'Old Perculiar' style beer and pitched another 'Nut Brown Ale' onto that.... I am planning to make an AG 'Woodefordes wherry' again and one more beer and was planning on again, pitching onto those slurries. As long as the beer i just racked off tastes good and is not infected is there any problem with me doing this? I am interested in the affect these yeasts will have. the two beers i pitched onto slurry were off fermenting in a couple of hours and smell great.
