cheers BrettNice looking labels and the beer has a great colour!
Not good that-sorryMy raspberry wheat beer using Funkin raspberry puree was the only disaster of the year. After a couple of months I opened the shed to several bottle bombs. Must have picked up a wild yeast infection during bottling... it had fermented out completely when bottled (stable gravity for over a week), but gravity in the bottles which I (carefully) opened (all gushers) was way down at around 1.005. Hope yours turns out nice...the colour looks good.
How many volumes of CO2 did you use for priming.
I'm going to bottle my raspberry Wheat Beer on Friday and I'm not sure how much priming sugar to use.
Brewer's Friend says 3.3 to 4.5 for a German style Wheat Beer....but I reckon that would be too high.
I did 2.1,batch primed. I know it could be a fair bit more and dare say purist's will tell you so and probably it should, for me that will do as personally i don't really like very very fizzy drinks:thumb:How many volumes of CO2 did you use for priming.

I have also just done a plain wheat and batch primed that to the same degree,
Excellent:thumb:I did my normal wit at around 2.1.. honestly it was more than enough for me, everyone who tries it really liked it, they all say its quite fizzy though.. But compared to everything else I done it is far fizzier.. I think it will be fine at that
