Raspberry TC anomoly

Bit weird. Put together a 2 gallon batch of Raspberry Lowicz TC. Split into 2 djs allowing plenty of room for frothing etc.

They are both bubbling well but look at the difference in surface activity. Why such a difference with two mixtures from the same batch? The one on the right is as 'flat' as a pancake!

Could be bacteria multiplying in the one on the left ?







Only kidding, I don't know 😂
Wouldn't worry if it's bubbling though.

Ps. Don't sue me if it is a bacterial infection haha
