Random bits thrown together for a brew

Thought i would throw all this together to see how it turns out.
Recipe as follows:

1kg cut mixed peel (orange and lemon)
2.6kg peach slices in syrup (liquidised)
340 grams raspberry jam
1 cup ribena (extra strength version)
1/2 cup lime cordial
1 litre cranberry juice
1/2 litre cherry juice
8 litres water (as ribena and cut mixed peel very strong)
3.5 t spoon yeast nutrient and 3.5 of yeast
1.100 sg

the lime cordial and ribena - did you boil these for 15 minutes before adding to the brew?

I understand that they have preservatives in, which stop/kill any yeast, and this process is required.

yep i simmered till light steaming, then cooled and added sugar and yeast.

its been bubbling every second or less since sunday 16th and now bubbles every 3 seconds so it must be working.
