The 48 hour thing seems to be a bit much given the size of the collection. Needing to wait 2 days to hear anything, IMO, decent is a bit much. May find that people come and go based on this time constraint as they know that they, effectively, won't hear anything they want for a full 2 days.
Thankfully the DJ isn't under those constraints but while trying to give everything its fair spin it's only periodically that the rules are broken and a take notice (for me) song is played.
