racking & clearing cider kits

Evening all

I have a 5 gallon cider kit on the go and was wondering,if I rack twice and use finings,would there be enough yeast left in suspension to carbonate with sugar?

Yep, providing its not too strong abv wise to kill the yeast. You only really need to rack once after fermentation to get it off the yeast :-)
