I am a leeds United fan but how could you not be impressed by this man. I remember when he refused to celebrate the goal that sent Man United down to the then second division you could see the angst in his face as he turned away and just walked back.
RESPECT
His goal didn't send United down. Other results meant they were relegated anyway. He didn't know that at the time though.

From a lfc fan r.i.p true legend
Bill Shankly was his mentor at Huddersfield he got his eye fixed and fed him properly. When Bill left to manage Liverpool ( on Matt’s recommendation ) he wanted to bring Denis with him, but Liverpool were a second division team then and couldn’t afford him. City sighed him and after a year left for Torino and after a year there joined United, the rest is history.

I saw 'From The Jam' last year and Bruce Foxton looked really bad.
They had a second bass player at the back of the stage.

Oscar-winning US actor Gene Hackman, his wife Betsy Arakawa and their dog have been found dead at their home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, police are saying they don't suspect foul play. :?:
Hackman was 95, and his wife - a classical pianist - 63.
His last big-screen appearance came as Monroe Cole in Welcome to Mooseport in 2004, after which he stepped back from Hollywood for a quieter life in New Mexico.
