Quite pleased with my SNPA

Just bottled 45 and drank half a glass, even young with no fizz its good :party: Will do a taste test with the original in a few weeks :drink:

Was a bit concerned as I'd misplaced my magnum hops so in a rush used northern brewer for the bittering. Thanks again mr_spin for the comparison chart on BYO
Finally found the magnum yesterday in the kitchen freezer beneath the fishfingers, I'll get organised one day :)

I used Northern Brewer as a sub for Magnum because I didn't have any in hand, it turned into my closest clone of SNPA yet.

Just started drinking my version of the SNPA clone today that I bottled early Jan. - my best brew yet - it really is very good and even my Mrs likes it! I'll try the northern brewer substitute next.

The fish fingers did taste a little odd, think its was just my mind playing tricks though :lol:

Had few pints out of a corny, being a lightweight I usually only do beers around 4% and this is around 5.5%, so been going to bed a little merrier this week.

It's not a spot on taste from the corny, but pretty close. Can't wait to try a bottle of it in a few weeks
