Hi All,

Does anybody have a recipe for a nice, but quick turn around ale?

My stocks are zero bar the AG I did a week or so ago but may need binning due to effin fusils.

Thanks in advance,

John

fusils? just add a mixer and it'll be fine

as for a quick turn around beer, just go for one that's got 10 IBU's less than the OG... all the ones i've done with that ratio have been drinkable just a day out of the fermenter... but then if you know me, that's nothing to go by cos i've got a habit of drinking from the fermenter

Ignore recipes for quick turn around, let your tongue do the tasting
Most recipes, except high IBU ones, are ready very quickly. All will, of course, get better with age, but until you've tasted the aging difference, how will you know

Would I do that...a man with a reputation for a straw and a fermentor....surely not :P
