Question on Nordic 98L

Anyone using one a boiler? If so what sort of evaporation rates do you get?

Making a 50L batch i usually get about 15% evaporation over an hour

EDIT, can't remember my evap rates it's been so long since I last brewed

The evap rate will depend on certain factors, one of the important ones being what you are using to boil, ie, the power of the elements or gas burners.
I use 2 x 2.75kw elements and my evap is about 10%/hr....or so my beersmith equipment tells me I last set it at :thumb:
