Have this in the boiler at the moment.

3.9 Kg Lager malt
0.28 Kg Flaked Barley
0.18 Kg Roasted Barley
0.18 Kg Choc malt (light)
0.18 Kg crystal
0.10 Kg special B
0.08 Kg light crystal

Special B and light crystal was bit of a clearing the stocks exercise.

Water treatment 11g CaCl and 4g NaCl

mash at 66C for 2 hrs (was taking the dogs for a walk)

60 mins 45 g of challenger (35 IBU)

Will be fermenting this with a 2L starter of WL023
