Hi I'm trying to emulate something like punk IPA from kit im looking for that heavy hop hit that brewdog gets, was thinking of adding extra hops to a festival razorback, anyone got any tips or managed anything like punk IPA from a kit???

I can't advise on quantities, but I read on Brewdog's blog that they only use hop pellets when they dry hop, as it disperses much better & is more effective. So you could try that.
(And perhaps go to the Brewdog blog, as they might give you some pointers on which hops they use)

Have a look at the all grain clone recipe from Maltmiller, it gives hop types, quantities and timings...

16.00 g Nelson Sauvin [12.20 %] - Boil 5.0 min

16.00 g Ahtanum [5.30 %] Steep 0 min
16.00 g Nelson Sauvin [12.20 %] Steep 0 min
16.00 g Simcoe [14.10 %] - Steep 0 min
16.00 g Ahtanum [5.30 %] - Dry Hop 3-5 days
16.00 g Nelson Sauvin [12.20 %] - Dry Hop 3-5 days
16.00 g Simcoe [14.20 %] - Dry Hop 3-5 days

You would have to cut the hops to allow for the kit hopping. Certainly take out the 50g Chinook at 12 mins, I think. You need to stick all your ingredients in a brewing calculator to check bitterness, so you need to know how bitter the kit is if the extract is already hopped.

Try Young's American IPA first. Its a really good hoppy kit and comes with 100g of hop pellets. I was hoping for something like Goose Island IPA and this was really good. The Goose Isalnd is much hoppier than the punk IPA (something like 55 IBU versus 35) and I added the hops a couple of days before bottling.

The youngs is a great brew as is evil dog both come with loads of hop pellets and taste similar to the punk IPA
