So any ipa style I do is completely carbed and clear in 2 weeks up until now, batch I had been expecting to drink this weekend is barely carbed the only difference is I put it in the shed for 2 days before bottling I never had room before so all my beers were inside the house prior to bottling could the drop in temp be the cause I always prime with same amount of sugar

Thinking on I have another one in shed last few days to be bottled tomorrow any ideas to help more sugar??

It could be. If your shed is like my garage, the temperatures will be up and down like the proverbial knickers. Yeast may take longer to finish the residual sugars and/or bottling sugar and more likely to stay in suspension until the job is done. It probably needs more time.

Even almost clear beer, whether crash cooled or not will carb up sooner or later, provide the temperature is above say about 16*C. I'm guessing that some yeasts may even work lower than this. So you just have to be a patient. And it in my view it doesn't really matter whether the temperature is stable or not, its the minimum temperature that counts.
If you want your beer to carb up quickly (why?) put it somewhere really warm.
