Once my beers have fermented,i syphon it into a second fv witch has 100-120grams of sugar and some boiled water mixture which has cooled down a bit and i more or less start with the bottling tree straight away.I am keen to know would it be better to wait and give the beer a few days in the second fv for sediment reasons and do i keep it at the usual 20 celsius mark. :drunk: :drunk: :drunk:

Nope - don't leave it in the 2nd FV! As soon as it's primed you want to get it bottled/kegged ASAP otherwise the yeast will eat the sugar and by the time you bottle there won't be any CO2 being produced, so you'll have flat beer...

You can syphon off into the 2nd FV for a few days to let things settle if you want to, *then* add the priming mixture and bottle/keg, but you'd need to make sure it was well mixed in, but done carefully so as not to add any oxygen to the brew. Better just to transfer onto the sugar and bottle in one sitting IMO.
