Priming lager with honey

75-80 percent fermentable there will be some variance around these figures.

For a 20l brew you will probably need in the region of 120g of honey (your probably best off boiling it as well)
 
Good stuff, I'm doing my first honey+ heather flower AG now, I started by experimenting with kit brews, you soon be on the slippery slope! :D

Lol probibly :P, next plan is to do another stout kit but split it up into a few fermenting vessels and trying a few things like vanilla, coconut, coffee or chocolate

Honestly go AG you won't look back ! I'm currently drinking my bad ass IPA at about 8.5% and it really is good! It might take you a few brews to get your head around the procedure but it is well worth it.
