Bit of a weird one. I've got a low ABV mild brewed with pale, amber (steeped,) crystal and black malts (mashed) and EKG + Bramling Cross hops. It was fermented out then racked onto mixed frozen fruits, where it's sat for a month or so. Now it's ready for bottling, yay!

Just looking for suggestions on the priming sugar really, in terms of ingredient used - not volumes, as I can sort that myself. Wouldn't mind boiling something into it either, as i'm trying to get this to be a "flavour bomb" with a low abv. Throw 'em at me!

2 gallon batch, probably be more er, purple than the beersmith calcs suggest, but it's hit SRM at 29.

May be some dates or figs left over from crimbo....

Pour over boiling water reduce to make a syrup....

Heheh, not a bad idea! Without starting a new topic, btw - what's the best method for racking off fruit? The fruit was blended, campden'd and it's very loose in the secondary now...should I syphon through a muslin bag before bottling?
