After making my first AG (Pendle Witches Brew Clone) yesterday! Im all ready planning the next AG's!!

Does anyone have a recipe for another one of Moorhouse's fine ales, Pride of Pendle???

I've got Pendle Witch conditioning as I type. However, rather than emulate one particular breweries ales why not post up what ingredients you have and make something different? Just because you love one particular ale from one particular brewery doesn't mean you'll love another equally. That's the beauty of AG. :) Post what you have in stock and I'm sure you'll get many suggestions. :)

Heres what I have in things like the Black malt and Roasted barley were bought to modify kits with:

Grains:
Barley, Flaked 950g
Caramunch Malt 500g
Chocolate Malt 950g
Crystal Malt 690g
Maris Otter 2870g
Black Malt 300g
Roasted Barley 950g
Wheat, Torrified 300g

Hops
Amarillo AA 9.5% 50g
Stryian Goldings -AA 3.2% 98g
Saaz - AA 2.8% 85g
Fuggles- AA 5.4% 26g
Progress - AA 5.6% 100g
Bobek - AA 5.2% 100g

Adjuncts
Corriander seeds 49g
Bitter orange peel 35g

Styrian Stunner screams out at me from that lot! I've never yet had any of those hops so have been unable to make it but it's at the top of my list of todo's. It seems that almost everyone that's made it loved it and I'd say it'll be an ideal summer pint. Just tapped up the Pendle Witch and am going to have a crafty pint of it once my flash cooler is down to temperature. :)
