Trying something different with last weekends brew, I am trying to clone the Peroni Gran Riserva, By far my favorite dark lager with this being attempt # 1 , Made a batch and have split between two King kegs, pressure fermenting for the first time @ 12 psi, both fermenters have Tilt monitors in them , interesting to see the different profiles the yeasts give, Used SAF 34/70 and Wyeast 804 , the Wyeast started off far quicker where the SAF has been a very steady linear track but has more or less caught up now c 60hrs in at warm room temperature , Calibrated both Tilts in water to start and checked OG with Hydrometer reading, OG on Hydrometer 1.063 which was with Grainfather app estimate based on the recipe.
