I'm just about to put a 23L Mangrove Jacks American Pale Ale in a Youngs 5L Pressure Barrel; the kit doesn't have any instructions when it comes to priming plastic pressure barrels.
Am I correct in thinking that about 85g of granulated sugar would be the right amount to prime with (nb I'm wanting to err on the side of caution, as I'm about to go away for the week and the barrel will be left unattended)?
