Pressure Barrel O2 bulb disposal

Anyone know the correct way to get rid of full bulbs?

I've binned the barrels so want to also get rid of these but not sure of the legal requirements to do so safely.

I've searched around but not found anything definitive for full ones.

Give them to someone who can use them? Maybe a cyclist as they look the same as the ones used to reinflate tyres.

Give them to kids in the local park on a Friday evening. They'll try too huff them thinking they're laughing gas and get a nasty surprise

I found ones for cycling had screw thread on them & ones for brewing didn't.
No idea if that's helpful or not.
