Just went to pour me self a nice bitter from my pressure keg, it needed some pressure so put some co2 in but upon removing my s30 cylinder the valve completely unscrewed from the lid........in my blind panic, I removed the lid tightened the valve up and replaced it. OK then put more co2 in and unscrewed the lid slowly until it sounded like the pressure was dropping then tightened it again and gave it a bit more co2....does anyone think this will be enough to avert disaster and prevent the loss of my precious beer? Its nearly full only had about 3 pints out of it. This is the first time using this lid which I only recently purchased from my lhbs I'll be a bit miffed if its buggered

Hi WWH,
In the situation you found yourself in I think you have done the right thing. As long as its still holding pressure it sounds fine. :thumb:

Keep suppin!!
