Hi Guys.

Right, i've got my first query.

I have just bought & collected my first pressure barrel from E-Bay. After driving the 100+ miles back home & checking E bay, I realized the guy gave me the wrong barrel from the 2 he had.

I don't want to complain to the guy, mainly because he gave me lots of free stuff to go along with the pressure barrel.

just wanted to make sure its a standard pressure barrel that I can use with normal brewers CO2 canisters.

To quote the Forum, "the only silly question is the one that isn't asked".
Sparklets are the "Soda syphon" type bulbs, which when used, completely empty themselves and are not cost efficient.
With the "S30" valve you use the "Soda stream/Hambleton Bard" type gas cylinders.
These allow you to only inject as much gas as you need.
They are very much larger and more cost efficient.

BUT remember that soasastream have CHANGED the cylinder (the s30 adaptors no longer fit), and that if you don't have an empty the new cylinders are quite expensive.
