Lease all now agreed on the Edenbridge shop, it was all but agreed 2 months ago but finally there. Next step I am currently getting everything together to put in the planning application hopefully this week.

Have you made any progress Simon? We’ve just had an offer accepted to lease a shop in Ironbridge. Any advice from what you’ve learned so far?

Not made any serious progress, I entered a planning application via planning portal on the 23/12/17 which shows it was passed to Sevenoaks council on the 28/12/17 but not heard anything since. As for advice I assume you are looking to open a micropub, for planning alot depends on your council, I know thw radius arms had to jump through hoops to demonstrate there was no demand for the shop as retail even though it had been empty for 4 years, I am hoping to not have the same issue as though its not been closed long there are a number nearby that have. I advise to try to speek to the council, some are very helpful others just want you to pay for advise or put in an application. don't know what else I can tell you but i'm happy to answer any questions.
