An all grain at that... Brewdog 5am saint clone made up by my own recipe.

Only left it carbing 1 week as I couldn't wait any longer and it's absolutely spot on!

Dare say another week would do it the world of good, but still I've never been more proud of myself.

I love this homebrew game!

Standard brew 5 gallons

5kg pale malt
500g Munich
500g crystal

60 minute mash at 156f

10g Columbus 60 mins
5g Amarillo 60 mins

10g Columbus 30 mins
10g Amarillo 30 mins

5g Amarillo 5 mins
5g cascade 5 mins

Dry hops for 5 days;

20g Amarillo
20g cascade

Used Nottingham yeast

Almost spot on as far as I can remember!

It's honestly no far off it tbh. I don't think I could do the coke v Pepsi test mind ;)

Haha, Edward is actually my middle name, but there's no chance of ever being the first Scott in there anywhere online so I use my middle name. As for the posh part? I thought everyone outside dundee thought there were no nice parts? ;)
