I soldered on a Triclamp fitting. Polishing with the dremel looks crap. Anyone any idea what I should buy to get the pot looking its best? I have drills and angle grinders.

I was thinking a polishing mop or foam thing with a compound on a drill or grinder. There are that many types and different colour compounds. I don't know where to start, but I think I have barkeepers friend in the garage somewhere. I also have to polish the inside of the pot and the other side where I soldered in a bulkhead.

The pot is a brush finish, trying to buff it to a high finih with a mop will take a lot of work and you would need to do the whole pot, A rough mop scouring the area you hit with the dremel may tone in better with the finish of the pot.

might have a few about here if you decide to try that route

Tape of a nice square with some tape, make it quite thick and polishouders the inside with metal polish like commandant 4 (or any other). As the rest is het brushed, you won’t get a nice finish anyway. So that would be the easiest way to make it tidy. Else you would need to polish off the top layer of the whole pot, which would even take ages with a polishing machine.

I would use a local metal machine polishing company, big industrial machines, will be low cost (not complicated) and won't take long for them to do.
