Afternoon,

So I've just got back from my local horticultural show where my plum wine came second which was a very good result seen as it's my first go. I've only done three racks but need to top up the demi. John and used apple juice before but wanted to use grape juice this time. Just wanted to ask, do you have to heat up or boil the juice before adding it to the main demi John? Or can you just put it in straight from the carton? Thanks
