I am sure I have seen the answer to this question but just can't find it again !!!
Are 500ml carbonated plastic water bottles the same strength as still ones ???
Going to bottle a small brew tonight and don't want my brew expolding all over.

as long as they are PET bottles they will be ok to use
Don't know about them being PET botles they are just ordinary 500ml plastic water bottles !!
How do you tell the difference ??

Plastic 500ml water bottles will be fine whether they have held still or carbonated water :thumb:
So long as they are not of This type (not necessarily this brand) this type will not hold carbonation and will balloon with the pressure ;)

Aaaaaarrrrhhhh
Thats what I was going to use...
Have to have a slight rethink now.......
Don't suggest drinking it I want to keep it a while !!!
Thanks for the info everybody, most appreciated.

Sorry to drag this one on !!!!
