Planning a user upper

Planning a user upper brew at the weekend...consisting of pale and extra pale, a drop of munich, a drop of amber and carapils...i have 30g cascade and 70g amarillo i want to use up...any thoughts on hop additions? i also have a mosaic, simcoe chinook, motueka...100g of each (amongst others which i could also utilise if suggested....

Its alway a thing i struggle with is hop additions...always tempted to throw loads in but want to make the most of things now...i like hoppy beers but not all the time so any suggestions welcome
