I've just done my first home brew and I stupidly pitched the yeast too early. I'm not sure on the exact temperature but I'd guess it was mid 30's (C).
It is now down to a more sensible temperature but I'm concerned it might be too late.
Would it help if I added some more yeast now that it's down to the right temperature?
Any advice appreciated.
