This morning have bottled my 'Pippin' Cascade/Centennial US Pale Ale, rather pleased with the taste and clarity at bottling. Now the hard, long wait to let it carb/condition :-|

These were the fermentables used in the partial mash when brewed on 21/05/15:
1.7kg Coopers Draught Kit (21 IBUs so provides some bitterness also)
2kg Marris Otter Malt Grains
235g Carapils Malt Grains

Hops:
70 mins - 10g Cascade
15 mins - 20g Cascade
5 mins - 20g Cascade
Dry hopped with 40g Centennial Hop Pellets for 5 days just prior to bottling.

Other:
15 mins boil - 1tsp Irish Moss added
US05 Yeast used - 12g sachet re-hydrated before pitching

9l of concentrated wort produced from partial mash, topped up to 23 litres with cold water.

2 weeks Primary FV, then racked to secondary for 1 week to aid clearing and dry hop. 3 weeks in total from brewday to bottling this morning.

Starting Gravity: 1046
Finishing Gravity: 1010
Gives 4.6% ABV

Bottled 22 litres today with 130gm Tate and Lyle Sugar batch primed in bottling bucket.
