Guys. I have just kegged my Wherry in a pin lock corny. The gas is escaping when the disconnect is attached. I put brand new seals on the post this week.

When I move the disconnect around when connected the leak gets worse or better.

My felling is that the o ring isn't sealing properly, anyone offer an opinion ?

If you're sure it's nothing else, I think you're right. Have you tried a lubricant on the o-ring, even if just water for a check ? If the o-ring is dry it may well be pushed down/out of it's bed when the disconnect is put on, thus leaking, it can also warp if dry when the disconnect is twisted. It's also worth checking the interior of the disconnect sealing/mating area as it could be scored leading to leakage. There is another option...the o-rings are too small in cross section or diameter and are being stretched.
