I usually cut up old veg oil cubes for washers and I've even used corn flake packet as a temp fix and it worked for nearly a year until I finally changed it, but it was still good.

Hi chaps,

Have just purchased a Burco for my boiler and wanted to change the tap so this thread has been great.

Is the kit needed essentially this? http://www.the-home-brew-shop.co.uk/acatalog/Tap_Kit.html#a898392

They have a shop just down the road from where we are moving to so it would be easy to source.
